The servery are detailed white carrara marble , with the hot plate area inset in white Kashmir granite. The rear walls are detailed in white corrian against which the colours of the Peyton and Byrne products project joyfully. Further colour punctuation is lent to the space by the layout of the bright red mesh Alias chairs . The café has an unusual addition.
