Situated just east of Marlborough in Wiltshire, Archer Humphryes architects are in the process of re - establishing Savernake to become a magnificent luxury five-star resort and hotel (formerly Tottenham House) boasting Regency proportions, in grounds designed by Capability Brown. The whole area is steeped in history and natural beauty and Wiltshire is known as 'the gateway to the West Country'.
Tucked into some 5,000 acres of parkland and forest, The Savernake Club will have 293 sumptuously-appointed suites and bedrooms, some with four-poster beds. There will be 138 one-bedroom suites and 138 bedrooms in the new Garden Residence with 16 one-bedroom suites and 1 two-bedroom suite in Tottenham House.
The Savernake Club's conference and banqueting facilities will be second to none. Bristling with the latest technology, the flexible meeting and banqueting facilities will be able to seat up to 500 guests or divide into three rooms for smaller events. With three other well-appointed meeting rooms in the conference suite, five meeting with accompanying banqueting rooms in Tottenham House plus the Conservatory and Orangery, The Savernake Club will be a wonderful venue for weddings, dinners and special celebrations.
Two superb restaurants will offer a wide range of sensational dishes. Guests and visitors will be able to enjoy imaginative cocktails and refreshing drinks in the two comfortable bars and on the terrace, while taking in the views over the surrounding landscape.
