Keu occupies a 45sqm site at ground floor level presenting a traditional operable shop front to Old adjacent to Hoxton Square.
The space has been arranged to provide a Vietnamese Delicatessen, specialising in Banh Mi baguettes served with Roast Duck, Pork and various fillings alongside delicious coffee. The interior consists of a long serving counter, with the roasts hanging in the window with long high tables for diners, who are enjoying the sandwiches and coffee sold. The walls are lined with display shelves and fridges of iced tea, coffee and juices.
The material palette includes rattan wall panels, dark stained timber and decorative patterned ceramic tiles. Atmospheric lighting is positioned above tables and glamour is provided by the polished brass Alto pendants positioned over the marble servery. The basement houses the cold store, prep kitchen and office area.
